Bay Area Group-Sleevers by the Bay

 Hi, I started a new group called Sleevers by the Bay.  If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area and are willing to meet once a month somewhere to discuss our journey and offer support please join.  We can meet on the weekend, weekday, evening, afternoon or morning whatever is convent  for the group.

I would love to be involved but the first meeting I will be running a 5K. where & how do I join?

 It is real informal and all you have to do is show up.  It's our first get together.  We'll decide when/where the next meeting will be.

 I'd love to be a part of this. I am in Oakland. However right now I am still housebound from the surgery, so I can't come to this first meeting. But after that I would love to be part of the group. Count me in. Keep me informed.

 Hello again. I just found this post by the wonderful Tara Griffith who already has formed an SF area support group. I know how great she is, so I will probably go to her group. i don't know when her next meeting is, but below is her post about the last meeting on Sept. 1.
