M.I.A. Where'd everybody go?

Where did everybody go?
Appears there is not much activity in here anymore.
Reasons?

I know many have drifted to FB and such.

I am almost 3 years out in Sept.  This thread was a huge help in the beginning. 
I know when I was obese that I did not see myself as big as I was. Part of how I got so big.
Now I have gained about 17lbs from my lowest. My hubby said my loss was too low, but he also never told me I was obese so not sure what to think about that. He may have the same problem I do with perception and reality, lol

At any rate, I'm back and hope others will return. We all need each other.
I am back on track with no excuses.

I am relatively still a newb, but have been coming here this past year.  I know that I check the local CA page every so often, but hardly any one ever posts.

There is a group of us that get together every so often.  Looks like we are planning a trip to Catalina Island in September.  I am sure more info will be posted here (like our last meetup) once the date is sorted.  

I am 4.5 lbs out, had a VSG, and down about 77 lbs.  Have 28 more or so til I get to goal!

I am a part of the Norcal group.  We get together once a month but online support is great too.
My entry freezes as I try and type and I have to wait...maybe others are finding OH a hassle, too..

If that doesn't change I will be searching for another online group, this is crazy.  Is it the flash on their pages or what?  Dont have this issue anywhere else?  wierd.

I hope there is another meetup of the NorCal and SoCal groups soon - I want to go to the next one.  Hopefully whatever technical issues you have can be worked out soon.  I hope this board doesn't go dead.  lol 

I think most people seem to hang out around their surgery specific boards - there are lots of CA ppl on the VSG forum. This board seems to be pretty dead though.

I'm ready for Catalina right now!!
