Need more support please
I reside in Contra Costa County, I am looking to attend a really good support group. I am a post-op. I currently attend a group once per month however the group's meeting has become sporadic and we will not be meeting at all next month. I would like belong to a support group that meets regularly. Although I am willing to attend large groups, I have found that smaller, more intimate groups seem to be a better fit for me. Please let me know if you have any information that will be helpful. Thanks so much!
There is a group that meets in Brentwood every 3rd Wednesday. We are meeting tomorrow night @ 6:30p. It's called the Contra Costa Support Squad. You can find in in the groups. It's a great group of people and new members is always welcome.

I am sooooo off the train. I am on this "kick" of eating everything in site. I joined this program where you eliminate all sugar. It worked, I lost 9 3/4 lbs. in ten weeks. Well I just gained it all back!! Today I weigh 172 lbs. the lowest I weighed after the surgery was 158, on average for 3 yrs. it was 163-165. O well, onward and hopefully downward.
Good luck and take care, linda
