Sac area WLS support group - NSV goals for 2012!

Saturday, January 14th, 3PM

Hi guys!  Figured it was time for a sequel to our last meetup, which was pretty fantastic!   This is a lower-key meetup, focused on general support.  For this one, I was thinking:

(1) the beginning is saved to answer any pre-op questions

(2) the middle could focus on what non-scale victories we'd like to achieve this year (I'm going for both a 5K and 10K run!)

(3) the end can just be a free-for-all about whatever the group feels like discussing. 

We'll meet at the Panera Bread near Watt Ave., which was specifically requested last time.  If you have a topic you'd like us to talk about, please let me know!  Hope to see you all there :)

Disclosure:  We're just a random group of WLS patients that live in the Sacramento area who provide terrific support to each other.  We're not part of a certain surgeon or certain hospital's group.
