Sac area WLS support group - End of year wrap-up!

Hey guys - it's time for our end-of-the-year wrap-up!  A bit of a miscellaneous support meeting, here's what I've got lined up to talk about: 

(1) Newbie/pre-op questions,
(2) Dealing with stress eating,
(3) How to deal with the roller-coaster ride of body image (some of us don't like to think about it, but it affects us a lot!)

We didn't have any request for venue changes at the last meeting, so we'll have it at the same place again.  Early next year in January, we'll be have our first guest speaker - a trainer that's been doing a lot of work with one of our members.  Please feel free to bring friends/family/supporters with you to this end-of-the-year meeting!  I hope you all can attend.

No, not yet - it's going to be sometime in mid-January.  Can't get much more specific than that.

Sorry to have missed you at the last one - it was a real blast!  We all had fun.

 Thanks for getting back with me. I am hoping to join one when the time works with my crazy schedule....lol  Work nights =( I will keep checking and hopefully be at the next one.

I think the next one will be on a weekend afternoon - does that help?

 What ever works for the majority =) But yes.....that would be awesome if it was like the one I think you had at 3pm or so.  Keep me posted! Need some support after these holidays.

p.s. Is it open to others who haven't had surgery yet? 

Oh yes, it's for pre-ops and post-ops alike.
