Happy Monday!

Hi everyone-have my Orientation Meeting this Sunday...very bittersweet for me.  Anyone who knows me knows my Brother John Ott.  I am nervous...excited...so many emotions.  Would LOVE to feel the Cali board LOVE.....tips-advice- PLEASE SHARE!

Hi Terri,

Welcome to the Cali Board and congratulations on your upcoming orientation meeting.  Come join us Nor Cal Losers for luncheon one of these months.  We've been enjoying each other's support for lunch or fun outtings each month for almost 3 years now and we always welcome new friends.  We have a luncheon this coming Sat in Concord at 1:00 p.m.  See posting below.

 I am sure your appointment is bittersweet .. I have read your brothers page many times and sometime i really just read it to hear his words of encouragement for pressing on as i struggle . I am really glad you shared his page with us .. 

Your here in livermore so if we can be of any support drop me a line . 
I am going to the luncheon on saturday it will be first but i am looking forward to it.

Thank you Momfirst-the orientation was very imformative.  I am using Johnny's profile journal as support during this journey.  I need to loose 25 lbs, and I am on my way.  I have the first appt with my Surgeon on 12/15, hope to have it down by then. 
John did promise us all that if God let him he would assist us in our journey-and I feel him there every day, as you should. 
Thank you for reaching out-do you go to a support group here in Livermore?  I know there is one at Kaiser on the 3rd Tues in the evening, open to everyone.

 Good to hear it was informative for you , ANd the best of luck on your weight loss goal.  my attending the support group here in livermore has been hit and miss . 
I am trying to get to the one in decemeber so i will see how that works out.
