Want a new Sacramento support group?

I finally stopped being lazy and set up the support group - I hope you might make our next meeting in a week!

 Hi.... I am unable to attend my doctors (our doctors) support groups on Saturday mornings. I work night shift and would be interested a evening support group. I thought of occasionally trying to get to the bay area for his evening groups, but it is a 2 hour drive. Let me know what you decide as I am interested! Have you attended Dr. Cirangles support groups yet? 

I have attended Cirangle's support group Saturday morning, twice now!  I really enjoyed it and found him useful.  But like you said, it's nice to have something here in Sacramento.  I'm going to work on a group tomorrow.  I'll post in here.

This first one isn't in the evening, but I others will be.  I hope you'll join the group and help suggest good meeting times that work for you!

 Congrats on getting a support group together =) Do you have a schedule for them yet or are you just starting with the first one and then going from there? I went to the link you posted and from what I can see it looks like a group that is already organized, am I looking at the wrong thing?

Hey, thanks!  No schedule yet, starting with the first one about holiday eating and exercise, and then getting feedback from people to see what they want to talk about next.

No, the group was organized a year ago by another person... but she couldn't or didn't want to continue, and the meetup group was about to close down from inactivity... I thought it would have been such a loss to lose that group, so I paid to keep it running.  

Hopefully you might join us and come up with some speaking points for future meetings!

 What time is the meeting next Saturday and where?

It's in the afternoon at the Natomas Panera Bread company.  If you RSVP in the group, you'll see a map and time and such.
