Who: Pre, Post or No surgery. Those folks who share a common bond on their
way to a more healthy life.

Please bring your drink of choice and something yummy to share. Suggested ideas: Main Dish, side dish, salad, fresh veggies/fresh fruit, dessert.

Hi Barb,
cannot wait to see everyone.  Not sure if Ms V and Rick will make it (she is flying home that day from So Cal).  I will bring some chicken or pork sliders.
