Welcome to Wacky Wednesday

Good Morning Cali Friends,
 
Welcome to wacky Wednesday.  Years ago we called wacky weigh-in wednesday and we all would report in our losses and gains and someone would tally the group losses, I looked forward to each wed when I was loosing like crazy.  Now I've got to get back on track and move it in the right direction again.

I hope your Tuesday was a good one.  My workday was insane with meetings and suprises!  I was supposed to have Friday off, but not anymore.  I now have to go out of town for a business trip and will be home mid-day on Friday.  Heading to Sonoma tomorrow.  Oh well, got to take one for the team sometimes.

Today looks fairly easy.  I am trying to get our Benefits, Health and Safety Fair wrapped up and the deal sealed.  Our District hasn't had one for a number of years and I want this one to be a memorable one.  So far we're looking good.

Today is going to be a long day at work - I have a lot of difficult clients to work with.

But after work, I am going to grab dinner with a friend and watch a movie outdoors. It should be fun, and a nice way to relax after today.

I was worried when I didn't see a post for Tues. Glad it was just work and not some sort of personal crisis.

Work is a little wacky for me, as well.  I am going on a business trip to Sacramento for Thursday and Friday, so have to wrap things up for the week here today.  I still have not gotten back to normal after vacation.  I got back last Tuesday and found out the wonderful news of my surgery date, then went away to a camp for grieving children for the weekend and now flying up to Sacto.
I will be glad for a little break from traveling to get ready for my surgery.
