I SMILED TODAY (for a few seconds)

Today I woke up early and sat down to check out some info in my patient binder for a friend.I came across some numbers that I wrote down that allowed me to smile.I HAVE LOST 36 LBS. since my first visit to the Richmod bariatric dept.I stepped on the scale yesterday and the number was flickering back and forth between 470 and 469.So with great timing and agility I jumped off at the 469 flicker.Next step is the fifties,I will be so happy when this happens.I want to thank all of you who have written me with words of support and a hug if you stay in contact.
