Good Morning Calif....Sunday is here

The world did not end yesterday. I know some at work are very up set about that. I can not believe that truly thought everything would end tomorrow. One of the nurses told another as we where walking out of the build.....This was NOT ME I just over heard, but I started laughing,,,.OPS!
Nurse one..... I really thought the stories where true and the world would end today...
Nurse two....it did, you just was not good enough to go to HIM...
Nurse one.....that was not a nice thing to say. I am a stong believer in him (this is edited because i don't remember word for word) I would be one of HIS frist picks.
Nurse two.....Oh please, I have known you for 6 years. Trust me, you have done things that is not right, and you know it.
Nurse One.............F/U
Nurse Two............there you go...... Yap, top of the list...just what list is still in question.

I laughed so hard. I thought I was to going to pee myself. I was amoung about 10 others that over heard this, and started laughing. Nurse one was not happy, but there was nothing we could do. We all know her also, and agree with the some of what was said. She is not all that nice. Nurse Three told nurse one, Gosh If I was you, I would fear the end of the world, because that would bring judgement day for you, are YOU ready for that? After that statement, nurse one walked out. I fear the out come today. Nothing about the above was funny,,,,,well yes it was, but it was not nice. When the end comes, there is nothing we can do but expect it and go on to our judgement. And this is will be something I will have to explain.....nope, not to proud about that.

Gus..........I am sorry for what you are going through and truly hope for the best for you and your family. Feel better soon.

Barb....ugh. The neck...you poor thing. I for one, have been there, and know and understand what you are going through. Have you tried something like icey hot to help relax the muscle around the nerve? It helps a bit, but not much. Maybe a day to the spa would help also? I hope you are feeling better today and that you can relax some.

Eileen.....since you cleaned you house yesterday, can you come and do mine today? :-D You need a goat to help in your back yard. They would not let them weeds get the best of you. Just kidding, do not get a goat, they eat everything you do not want them to eat. They are just snotty like that. LOL Have a great day. Enjoy your weekend.

Mommy A1C.............I hope your trip home is much more peaceful and less stressful. You must be very proud of you nephew. How much fun was the graduration? What was he gradurated from?

Steph........OMG is that really you??? talking about your road trip is not fun with out you here to talk with me bout it. Did I delete you....ohhhh hell ya. You is a snot you know? Not sure why I loves you so much. How are things going on the home front. Do you have a new one in mind? I think grass would be nice. LOL

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

I read that the guy who claimed yesterday at the end, did the same thing in the 90's!  We were playing dominoes last night and each time the clock struck the 1/2 hr, we commented that we were still there.

Thank you for your kind words on the neck Lu, it's feeling SOOO much better today.  I just keep taking the meds and sitting on my ice and it's working.  My range of motion is so much better each day which is what my chiro thought would happen.  Thank goodness.

We might go out to Brentwood today to get some cherries which are now in season.  That will be fun.  Probably a Costco run too.

I haven't been on in a few days. I have been so busy and had the stomach flu yesterday. I am feeling better today. I still feel weak. The grandkids had it last week and now it is my turn. My son has it too. I am so sick of being sick. From reading I think a lot of people have had something wrong with them so I hope everyone is feeling better. My DH did come in our bedroom yesterday at 3:00 to make sure I was still there. I told him he would go too . He was teasing me of course.
