I have never attended an actual in person support group. I really need to find one close by. I would go to those, but it's way too far away. A very good suggestion though :-)

Oh I saw your surgon and figured you were near Fremont, but there are many support groups all over, what city are you in??

I'm in Sacramento.. I know they have them once a month at Point West, which is where I go. I just wish I could find ones on a Fri or Sat so I didn't have to rush home and get stuff done, then rush to the group. Would be nice
