Fremont Kaiser- New to site!

I am new to this site and have been going through Kaiser in Fremont for my surgery. I just did my Phsych eval now all I have left is to loose my 10%. I couldn't believe how helpful everyone was while I was waiting in the waiting room at Kaiser Bariatrics. It was awesome. I live in the Morgan Hill area and need to find a support group. Any suggestions??

Hi and good luck with the 10% you can do it.  I know there are alot of kaiser folks on here so they will have some support group options to tell you about.  I know they do have them. well good luck

Hi and welcome to the Cali board.  Congrats on your progress so far and please know we are here for you. 

We do have our Nor Cal Loser's group and of course you are invited.  Please see my post a few days ago with all the dates and information.  While we are not a support group per se, we are a wonderful group of friends who offer friendship and support to one another and have lots of fun in the process.

Welcome to the Cali Board. We do have a lot of people who have had surgery at the Fremont Kaiser. I always tell people the best way to get to know everybody is to join in on the post and feel free to post anytime you have something to say or have a question. Good luck in losing your 10% and starting on your journey to WLS.

I am going through Kaiser in South San Francisco, I too have to find a support group but I live in Santa Rosa so I gotta find something close to me. I hope you find one close to you, everyone that I have heard from said that a support group is definitely helpful..take care.

 Yea support is great both my husband and i go to a support group here in livermore it really does help . Good luck to you i will look for your postings..
