Anyone with Western Health Advantage?

 I am three years out from my lapband surgery and I am finally ready to look into plastic surgery to have my excess skin removed.  My insurance is WHA and they do cover as long as it is considered a medical necessity.  Anyone here with WHA and have you gone through the process?  If so how easy or difficult was it?  Any help is appreciated.
