Good Morning Calif

Its a bit early, but I woke up, so why not get up? I started my coffee and now I am waiting to start the IV and get the coffee pumping in. :-D

Yesterday when I took the dogs for a walk. I found that my avocado tree has fruit on it YEAH! I was even able to get hold of one. The others are a bit to high. I am going to take this one to work today and share it with others at work. I don't know how it will taste and I can't wait. I hope its good. This is a tree my dad planted and tried his hand a splicing. Guess it worked. I am know he is proud of it and now that I know there is fruit on the tree, he smiling big time saying. "I told you so" LOL

I did not have to work Sunday, but no one came in Saterday night. Sometimes I wonder what they are doing. I bet I will have the fall out today. Oh well! life goes on. I need to re-do my resume, any one know how to do them?

So I am getting my floor done on friday. I will get some nice tile in the living room, dinning room, kitchen and hall. So tonight, I will start getting all the small stuff out of the room. My sister and her husband will help me more the big stuff, but the workers move it all back in. That works for me. The weather shows that it wont rain that day, so we can just move then right out the back sliding glass door. The kids will be locked in the bed room, that wont go over very good that is for sure. LOL Poor Frankie will be crying the whole time, its already breaking my heart.

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

Lu, so much fun to get new flooring!  We want pictures!

Worked hard yesterday, making up for taking Friday off.  LOL This week is a 4 day week though as we all get Friday off (Board Holiday).  Yeah!  Lots to do. 

Last night was some grandma time with my grandson.  My daughter and he came for dinner and he was SOOO excited to see his veggies popping up.  He asked if they were done because he was ready to pick them!  No quite, Grandpa said.  But we do have potatoes, garlic, and onions popping up now, which is exciting. They do like the combo of warmth and rain (even the little bit we had).

Morning Lu and Cali,

I know you  must be excited about the avocados. They are go good to eat and good for us!

Well yesterday I was sick, DH stayed home even did not want to leave me alone.  I think everything just caught up with me.  I was dizzy and have a sore throat and coughing.  Ms V was so cute she did not want to go to school, she wanted to stay and help mommy too!!  I am back to work today although still a little under the weather, good thing I am home this week. 

Today Ms V's school has a petting zoo coming, she was so excited.  Tomorrow is the Easter celebration and they are off on Friday.  Her and i will spend the day together.  I have to work in the morning, but we will do something fun in the afternoon.  Maybe go to bounce-o-rama in the great mall she love it there.

Well Lu, I know you will be happy when all the work is done and your house is back together. Poor babies having to be put in the bedroom. My babies were in the backyard and their kennels when we got carpet. They did not like that either. They wanted to be where the action was!

Barb, Ryan loves to help Grandpa pick the strawberries from our back yard, but between the slugs, the birds, and my little poodle Gracie I don't think there will be anything left to eat much less pick.

Dolores, I can believe you are sick. You had 3 weeks of constant stress. I hope you got rest today and will feel better soon. We are so lucky to have such good husband who love us and help us.

Today I was at Dressbarn in Modesto and I found some silver dress sandals to wear with the dress I bought for my son's Hmong reception in June. They are so pretty, of course I got the dress I am wearing at the Dressbarn in A****er. Now all I need is a silver clutch to go with it. I have plenty of time to find one though.

thanks, you are so right about our hubbies!  I know you will look like a million dollars in your new silver dress.  we want to see pictures!!

My shoes are silver the dress is fuchsia and I am going to look like a million dollars!! I will post a photo, the reception is the last weekend of June.

How are you feeling today? I hope you are doing better. My husband and I both have really bad sore throats today. YUCK!
