I have a question, can someone please recommend a good milk base to mix my protein drinks in. I am currently using almond milk but just realized it is very high in sugar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I used GNC protein and mixed it in water.

Kimberly,

You didn't say but are you lactose intolerant?  If so I've heard people using soy. I haven't had no issues with milk and/or dairy (thank goodness) so I'm not too much help.

Hope all else is good with you.

Hugs,

I use water or crystal light. Does it have to be milk?  I even use water with some ice and make it shake of sorts. Yummy for sure

I use Over The Moon fat free milk, tastes great and high in protein.  Better than any other fat free milk I have tried.
