Welcome to Friday!!! TGIF...TGIF and I am off this weekend. I just need to make it thru 12 hours of training someone.  I am hoping that in the past 3 days, she learned alot. lol


So I was off for the past 3 days and I love it. I took the kids to the free running park. (dog park) and let then play and visit with there friends. Its so much fun to watch them. There was this little white fluff of a thing that show up and I am talk SMALL. She was smaller then Frankie and she started so many fights it wasnt even funny. I think she was coming in season and her "family" didn't seem to care. After about 30 minutes the park worker, came and asked them to leave and pink tagged her. (30 day lock out) Yes this park you pay to be a member of and you must check in and out. And if something happens, like fighting, you get the boot. Its cheaps to be member and they keep the park very clean. I was there for 2 hours and the worker came 2 twice to check the trash and pick up "stuff". He also fined two others for NOT picking up there own dogs "stuff". $5 for each fine. To be a memeber of the park is $30 a year, and if you are fined and you do not pay the fine, you OUT! Pink carded. TO me its worth it the money to know the park is kept so nice.

Yesterday I went to brought me a TOM TOM GPS and had funning playing with it. After about 20 miinutes of trying to set up my online account, I made a call and spoke with a very helpful young man, Ryan, who helped me do all kinds of stuff and showed me how to use it. I have been wanting one and when I seen it was on sale, I ran and got it. I am so happy I did. Now I need to go some where. LOL

OK time to get some coffee and then into the shower, and start my day. The fast it starts, the fast it will be over. Right?

glad you had fun with the babies at the park.  Ms V wants a dog, but we have cats who are older (not a good mix).

Well I finally made it home, but right before I left my mom had another complication.  I was not going to leave, but she insisted I go home.  I felt really bad, but Ms V needs some mommy time too!!  I am very tired and think I might sleep for a year. It was like having an newborn again, sleeping with one eye open.  seems everything always happened at night!

I am going to enjoy being home for a whole week.  then back on the road for two working.  Life never is boring!

I took today off to be with the Moms.  We'll probably go to Costco and maybe WalMart and for sure lunch.

Last night was hair night, so that's done too!!!

I love going to dog parks and jus****ching the 4 legged creatures play. In Santa Cruz, I'll go to a beach in the afternoon and watch. Dogs love the beach. It's a great thing to watch and relaxing.

I am getting bored nursing a knee injury. I feel smack dab on my knee cap while walking on a slippery sidewalk in San Fransico 4 weeks ago. How lame of me! I suppose the timing is good because I am unemployed right now and have the time to sit on my booty with my leg elevated.

Happy Friday Everyone!!

It seems like this week dragged by! Nothing but worrying about the whole goverment budget thing (hubby works for goverment) not knowing what was going to happen next..glad its all over and its the weekend!!!!! Hubby has weekends off for a couple months (first time in 3 years) so im hoping to go do something, he said something about going to the civil war renactment (joy) or we might go shopping! I found some yummy chicken burgers at costco a few weeks ago,im hoping they still have them, and I need to get some clothes badly!!!

I wish my town had a dog park!!! Theres one in Merced but there was some scary people there with dogs, and Im so paranoid about parvo and rabies, I just dont like it, LOL

Lu it sounds like a a great dog park you belong to. It is well worth the $30 a year. I agree with Susan about our dog park in Merced. I have never been there but have friends who love it but I worry about parvo and other diseases. I don't even know if my friends keep there dogs up to date on shots.

Dolores I know you are glad to be home but understand how you feel bad about leaving. I am sure you are emotionally and physically exhausted. Try and get some rest this week. Enjoy Ms V and your DH. I had my grandkids yesterday and today and boy did they stick close to me. Ryan kept telling me he loved me. He said it first! Monday is Devan's 2nd birthday so her party is Sunday. Mike and Chee are coming home tonight. It will be so good to have my family all together.

Barb, I hope you had fun with Moms today. Sounds like a good start to the weekend.

Susan, I am glad it was not Shawn that got attacked at the prison. I have been meaning to call you but the grandkids have kept me busy! How is the person doing? Have a great weekend with Shawn.
