Good Morning Calif!. Welcome to the beging of the week. Welcome to MONDAY!!
Today State is coming to "visit" at work today. So it should make for a very interesting day. UGH! I am pretty sure this is why I am not able to go to the Honors things today. I am still very upset over that. I bet if it was my bosses 20 year honors, he would find a way to go. But Tuff stuff since its me. poo poo heads!!!

OK stepping down and getting myself under control. ......Deep Breath!

Nothing fun to talk about at work yesterday. So nothing to talk about. It was a nice day and that is all that matters. I guess.

So on to the SHOUT OUT!

Barb...........I am sure my HR notifited my managers in lot of time, but with state coming, they do not care about me or my length of service. Its all about them and having the number in staffing on duty. I bet there will be so much staff today that we wont have room to move. I am sure the hospital will go over board today for all the staff....shoot, one has 50 years. But I wont know. Sound like your graduration was nice. You have talked about your old boss before. I remember you saying how much you all got along, and where friendly outside of work. I sure wish I had the room to even a 10th of what you are going to spring and summer. I hope you take pictures when everything starts growning.

Delores..............I am so happy that you was able to relax and enjoy yourself and DH. I am over joyed that mom is feeling better and doing better. That is wonderful news. I am sorry that your time is ending so fast, I wish you both had more time to be together. Tell Ms V that this was her specail time with her cousins and grand folks. You should some take a lot of pictures then make her a book or something....

Elizabeth...........WELCOME HOME!!!!! I know you are happy happy happy to sleep in your bed and hug your babies. I hope your mom is doing good in her new room/home. Is she closer to your sister? How sweet that your babies came over and shared all there hugs with you. I know that put a smile on your face.

Katie Bee.........if you made it to the morning post. Welcome.....You should share here what you told me (posted to me) last night. I know others would enjoy that story.

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

Lu, I'm so sorry that you don't get to go to your anniversary celebration.  It always amazes me when the hospitals (or other companies) do up everything when the state comes in, when in fact it's something they should be doing each and every day!!!  Oh well, I guess some things never change.

Yesterday we worked in the garden and got all the irrigation set up.  As I was walking along the top level, as Ron was testing the water lines, I heard a water running where it shouldn't be.... one of our underground irrigation pipes had busted.  We did a Home Depot run and that will be Ron's project to repair that.  Good thing I found it.

Well off to get ready for work.  Hope everyone has a great day.

I am sorry you don't get to go to your luncheon today.  You definitely deserve it for being there 20 years.  I will reach my 20 this year for another healthcare entity in Riverside.  Good luck with the state.  It is always so fun when they show up (NOT).  Thank you for greeting us each day.  I have a meeting all day and am going to work at getting all my water in.  That is a hard one for me and I have not even had my surgery yet.

Good Tuesday Evening Everyone!

My older sister lives in Victorville so my Mother is not closer to her. Unfortunately she is closer to my younger sister. The one who stole all their money and maxed out their credit cards. She is about 3 miles away from her. In Vegas traffic that is about 11 minutes or so. So I don't think she will run into my sister at all.

My Mother is getting adjusted to her new living arrangements. She is making friends and says the food is really good. My dad is getting adjusted too. I asked the nurses to arrange for him to go to the dentist. I think he has an abscessed tooth and they have made him an appointment for next Monday. My Mother asked and asked them at the last place he was and they never would do anything. He has a lot of pain with it too. This place is so on the ball. Most of the time he likes his food but sometimes he says it is awful! You know you can't hit a home run every time.

Well I need to unpack. I have been so tired today and yesterday. I just now feel like doing some work. I still have boxes and boxes of stuff to go through from when we had the new carpet laid. I left right after that and I told my DH to leave it for when I get home. He was so busy with work he had not other choice. He did have the house cleaned and the laundry done for me.
