Good Morning, Welcome to the weekend

Saturday, is here, meaning the weekend has started. I love the weekend, even if I have to work. The bosses are not there and we all have a bit more freedom to do our jobs.

DD called yesterday, saying it was snowing. Remember she is in Idaho right now, so that is normal, she just never has been around when it is snowing, she was loving it. She spend 10 minutes watching the puppies play in the snow, then 30 minutes trying to dry them. LOL

Yesterday, was my only day off, so I was busy busy busy....cleaning, napping, cooking, napping, watching tv, napping....and still had  great night sleep. I BBQ chicken for my meals for the rest the weekend. Since I am working. I wont have to cook when I get home. Once the chicken in cook, you can do so much with it and change how you eat it. (Ok now how you eat, you use the same month each time, but you know what I mean, I hope)

My nephew brought over a new cat bed and cat toy for the Queen of the house. Miss KC. She is loving her new bed. And has a smile on her face. She is happy.

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

Lu, I'm with you I have to work today too.  I am actually attending my last day of my 7 month academy and I am graduating today!  Yeah!  I've been doing one Friday night and one Saturday for 7 months at the academy.  It's all about Human Resources in Schools and I've really learned so much.  So today we celebrate!

Tomorrow hopefully it's nice out and I get to play in the garden a little and do some BBQ chicken, you inspired me!

Good morning Lu and Cali,

glad to year you accomplished a lot yesterday Lu.  sounds like you are really enjoying your quiet time.

Well I felt really guilty leaving my mom yesterday.  Rick and Ms v made it down OK and Mom insisted on me taking my trip as planned.   Of course in the morning whee was nauseated and throwing up again just like the last time we took her to the hospital.  we got my brother over to watch Ms v and mom.  then my other sister from Palm desert drove up in the evening.  Ms V went to stay with her cousins, she is so happy to see them.  found out last night they did not have to take mom back to emergency, but if she cannot keep anything down today the doctor said to take her to urgent care.  the think she is nauseated because she is up and walking more at home.  We will see.

We made it to Guadalajara OK and finally had dinner at 10.  I just cannot eat that late.  Hopefully today is better the church ceremony is at 6 and dinner at 8.  We will have a snack before going over.  Shopping this morning, it will be nice anniversary get away after all.  As long a mom stays home.

Today some people from my mother's church are helping us move her into her assisted living place. Tomorrow I get to go home! I can't wait!

Oh Lu my sister is at my Mom's new place unpacking and she just called and said that it is snowing there. In Las Vegas it is snowing! It isn't here though. I am in South Las Vegas and she is almost to North Las Vegas. Boy do we have some strange weather!
