I didn't win??????

So today was the big day at bingo and I didn't win. That suck!! I had so many plans for the that money. LOL

I hope everyone had a wonderful Sunday and that you are READY for  MONDAY! I am off tomorrow and if its a bit warmer I will go and try my hand a golf.

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

So sorry you didn't win at Bingo Lu but I bet you had fun and now a day off yeah!

Took my Step Mom home yesterday, but of course along the way we hit Bed Bath and Beyond, Walmart and Michaels.  I took the moms out for lunch and had the yummiest salad, with chicken and berries and a vinegarette dressing.  Then drove to SF to take my Step Mom home then came home and just vegged about 7pm and watched the country music awards. 

Back to work for me and then I think come home and get the rest of the planting doneI hope everyone has a great day.

Barb, that salad sounds very yummy.

I had a rough day with my dad today. He told me he felt abandoned because we did not go to see him yesterday. We told him on Saturday that we would not be able to go on Sunday but he did not remember. He told me all the women in that place were, "so ugly you could not hit them with a stick."  He is something else!

Oh well I need to get back to work getting my mother ready to move.

Hi Lu and Cali, Well it has been a rough weekend. Mom came home from the hospital and I wound up having to take her to emergency the next day. She has another blockage, they are trying to get the stuff from her stomach with an NG tube.. She is so weak now and has lost 5 more pounds. I am tired but keeping everything going at her house and hospital. Thankfully my sister is finally helping a little bit. Can not wait until Ms V and hubby get here on thursday.

I am so sorry your mother ended up back in the hospital! I am glad your sister is helping some. I know how you feel my brother has refused any help at all. He won't come here or even help with some money. My sister will be here Thursday. Her husband is mad at HER because my brother refuses to help. I told her we can not make him help if he does not want to. I told her it is just the two of us from now on. We keep my little sister out of the picture on purpose. Of course my parents don't have anything left for her to take so she has no use for any of us any more.

Try to get some rest when you can. I have been waking up at 4 a.m. every morning and can't go back to sleep and I am tired too. I keep clicking my heels together and saying, "I want to go home, I want to go home" but nothing happens. Maybe I need to get some ruby red slipper instead of black tennis shoes! LOL
