waiting insurance approval for gastric sleeve

 They called yesterday asking for me to call back been trying now for 4 hrs to contact them.
Even used the if this is an emergency press 1 to talk to a rep to get your details to your rep.
on hold with them for 45 minutes so far.
Up setting me so much.
Dr Cirangle's office staff are great and helping me through  all this as I'm a revision patient had new lapband placed in last year which failed and pouch is wrong shape causing extreme reflux.

I need this now.
