Welcome to the Cali Board. Wonderful friendly people on this board. Also, very helpful in your journey. I'm from Sacramento, had VSG on Sept. 15. I've lost 61 lbs. so far. Would have been more but I have had to stop my zumba classes for a while.
As stated before, there is a Nor-Cal Group that meets monthly. GREAT bunch of people. We generally meet at a Coco's in Concord. This year there are other types of outings as well. Whenever you can attend, you'll love it. Hope you can join us one month.
Keep us posted on your journey and if you have any questions, just post. This board has a wealth of knowledge! They have helped me soooooo much.
