Dr. Ramin Behmand (plastics in Walnut creek)

I was looking at online before and afters of breast lifts and tummy tucks and LOVED his results! I was shocked when I called that his prices were a small fraction of other bay area doctors charge. Has anyone used him or consulted with him? If so what was your experience like?
