Pregancey 3 years Post Op

I know there are a few wonderful ladies out there that have had post op babies.  I would like information on what you all did to take care of you and ur unborn baby. I'm really worried about this also cause I have had some complications from the surgery.

If anyone has anything helpful to share please do. I need to do the best for both.

nothing to add, I am pre-op but wanted to say good lucjk.  i am 32 and never been preg so hoping afterwards i can have a baby, dr's have told me I am good but my monthly isn't at all regular.
