I didn't have one. They gave some of us a questionaire that you scale things from a 1-10 about your feelings, but that was it. Just make sure you get all your "Annual" check-ups done. Like your mammogram, Pap and physical before the end of the class. I thought I had already done it, but it had been too far back, so that held me up a little.

I miss the fun that we had on this site, and I am seeing new fun starting again!!.....it is still wonderful to see some friendly names and always wonderful to see NEW names.  This is a journey we all share...each of us has our own stories to tell, but the wealth of knowledge and experiences are the best part.  Best wishes to the new-ops and pre-ops!
