Good Morning Calif...............

Its going to be great day, just like yesterday. I have to work today but wish you all to get out and enjoy the vitamin D. The weather we have right now, makes me wonder what kind of summer we are going to have. Bet you, its going to be a hot one. Hey don't forget to the change your clocks tonight, this is spring forward. So 10 o'clock became 11 o'clock.

So DD is done with her IV med here at home. But we lots of stuff left over. So we call the place that brought them to us and they told us, to take them to red cross and donate them. WOW!! that is really a good idea. So we google a location and off we went. Took us a long time to find them, because they where kind of hidden, but we did. So here was going walking in, feeling really good about what we where doing. We have a IV pole and some tubing and stuff like that. NO MEDICATION! I hope you are sitting down. They told us NO!! we do not take stuff like that. WTF????? Only money.  SLAP!!!! right in the face. Can you believe that? Right now their web page is covered with "help for Japan" and yet they wont take our stuff, that could be a great help. Just another reason to distrust them I guess.  OK If they don't want to send the stuff to Japan, how about someone here in Calif that needed help with medical supplies? Dang!! they pissed me off.

So what do you have planned for the weekend? IF I was home, I would be firing up the BBQ and enjoying the great out doors.

Morning Lu and Cali,

Today is the Nor Cal lunch. can't wait to see everyone.  They are a great bunch of people!!  Ms V is happy to see her friends too!!

Well getting ready for being on the road again.  I have been home for work for three months.  That is extremely unusual for me and because of the budget might have to be a way of life.  but, we cannot do all of our work from the office.  We "must" do some site visits.  Oh well, if they cannot decide on a budget i won't be working at all!!

Yes, the sun is shinning now and want to out and work in the yard, but won't be able to this morning.  Have lots of weeds that pooped up with the rain.  even though we have weed block, dust settles on top and the weeds grow on top of the weed block.  at least they already to pull out.

Lu, what a bummer about trying to donate the medical stuff.  I guess that's what happens when people are sue happy eh?  The only thing safe is money!  LOL  Sad but true.

I too am looking forward to our Nor Cal Luncheon too, as D said, great friends and always so much fun.

This morning we will be attending a free class at our local nursery about growing berries.  I am looking forward to that.

Perhaps a little shopping at Costco and Walmart too, and that will be our weekend.
