Good Morning and Welcome to Hump Day....

Today use to our WWW, and I am just to happy about the 7 pounds I have lost in the pass week. I worked hard to lose and would love to share. So be happy for me. LOL

Yesterday at work, there was mess when I got there, so the girl that works with me, and I got in there cleaned up the unit. She help for about an hour and half, then she needed to get back to her units and work them out. It took me until noon to clean up the mess and then I had to clean up my mess for the day. I was very happy that at 7 at shift change I am very happy to say. Most was done. I worked my butt. But with lots of help. Over all. the day was good. Time just flow by.

I am alone today at work, no help to call on and hope its a good day.  I love my job but true thinks its time to move on. So tomorrow I think I will work on my resume. See what happens. Sure can't hurt.

Barb........how is your step mom? I hope sure is doing much better. I can feel you stress about the docs not always adressing all the issues of what is going on. They seem to do that alot with DD. But all that matters is that she is doing better. Right? I wish you a stress free weekend.

Elizabeth,.........I think it would be so much fun to ride the train, Steph and I have talked about that as our "girls weekend" but really like to the idea of relaxing at the pool. So might not do that. But it does sound like you had a great day. minus the bad food. Enjoy your weekend with the babies.....

Nancy........Congrats on finish your classes and now being a leader. I think you will make a great support for anyone that is seeking it. Steve and I completed our classes a while back, but dues some issue and life, we stopped the classes. I really enjoyed the time with everyone.  Sounds like you have a great boss. My sucks and only knows my name when he needs something. Sad but true.  Once agian. Congrats!!!!!

Lu, so glad to hear you had a productive day at work and got things organized, that feels so good.  Thank you for asking about my Step Mom, she seems to be getting better a little each day.  She's getting good healthy meals and just relaxing so I think that's good medicine in itself. 

I finished a project at work that I had been working on for 3 days yesterday at 5, so I am very happy I don't have to go back at it today.  I get to start another one, or two or three :-)  I do love my job so that makes all the difference.

Hello Lu and Cali,

Glad your day went fast, looks like you accomplished a lot.  Times are tough out there, but nurses always seem to be in need, go for it!!

Today is Ash Wednesday, can't decide what to give up.  I have already given up so much (food wise) with the surgery.  Maybe I will give up the food network, I am addicted to it.  Have a physical for Ms V today for Kindergarten.  She was accepted in the school we wanted so all the stress is now gone~yoo hoo!!!

Dolores, I am so happy that Ms. V got into the school you wanted her to get into. I hope it is a wonderful experience for her.

Today I had Devan. We had so much fun. I had a doctor appointment this morning that I took her to. I have a fungus in my toe nail. YUCK! She got very upset when they took my BP, she said, "no, no, no," When they took my temp she said the same thing. I told her Grandma was ok. Then we went to the mall. She wanted to buy a bra. I told her one day she would get one, then we went to Raley's. She told everyone, "Bye, Bye. Good day." She is so cute. She did get angry with me when I would not let her play in her mommy and daddy's room. I peeled a pear for her and she carried it around and said my apple. She loves pears even if she thinks they are apples. Well it is time for bed talk with ya'll later.
