Good Morning All.......

This is going to short and as sweet as I can make it with out dumping. LOL

I woke up early because of my back. I pull something last week and went to the doctor already, but I guess the shot worn off, because my back woke me up cramping. I might have to go back to night after work and see if I can get something to help durning the night.

Barb............I had 7 days off and return to work today. Not that I want to. I would rather stay lazy. I so feell your pain. I hope Ron is starts feel better soon. What was the cause of the cough? Did they tell you?  Barb, I do enjoy coming here and read about everyone days. I try to check in, but get lazy about after working all day. UGH!!

Elizabeth........DD is only 47, and until this all started 2 years ago, she was very health. But she had high blood presure and done nothing about it. (The silent killer) So if you have high blood presure do something about it. My family raised race horse so I grow up going to the track all the time, spent most of my weekends on the backside (stables) of the track. Back then I would win more then I lost, but never by much, now I would lose more then I won. I just don't know the horse or jockeys any more. Have a great day with the grand babies.

Ah what a wonderful site to see this morning Lu, but now I sure do hope your back gets better soon.  You poor thing.

Just going to get ready to go to work today myself, and hopefully this week will fly by.

sorry to hear about DD and your back!  Hope everyone gets better soon.

Today is my first day back to work and home.  I was in So Cal since Wednesday last week.  It was nice to see all my family, just wi**** was on a happier note we all got together!!  Ms V is happy to be home, she missed Daddy.  He only went down for a day and flew home on Thursday night.  Getting back into the swing of things at work lots to catch up on.

Hope you all enjoy your day and the sunshine!  even if it is cold!!

Boy Lu when it rains it pours! I sure hope you and DD both start feeling better soon. I know what it is like to hurt your back and it is miserable. Since I had my surgery my BP is back to normal. That is one of the reasons I had the surgery because even on meds I was having a hard time controlling it.

Barb, how is Ron feeling? My friend took her son to the doctor today and he has the influenza type of flu. I don't know what the difference is but he sure is sleeping a lot today. I told her I hope they don't get it too. It is very contagious. Her 90 year old mother lives with them too. Nathan is 6.

Dolores, you are having your own rain down pour too. I hope things get better for you too. It is time for you to have some good times!

I almost forgot, I had a great day with the grandbabies today. We have really been watching their sugar intake and the change in their bahavior is like night and day. While Ryan was at school this morning Devan and I took a walk. I just let her lead and we walked for 40 minutes and I still had to drag her into the house. She loves to be outside. It was still a little chilly though.
