Good Afternoon ALL

I know I have been missing for a good week. My only answer is I have been lazy.

I started my spanish class, went to Indio for the fair and then took DD to the ER, and they admitted her.  Guess she has more blood cluts in her lungs and today they told us she has infaction in her lungs also. All which is not good. BUT not bad either. She may have some scars in her lungs also. Something about the old cluts may have turned in scar tussies? That didn't make since to me, but I am not a doctor nor do I play one on tv. LOL They fix all this by doing sugery, which did not put DD in a happy place.,  Other then the shortness of breath she is doing good.  She is hoping to get out in a few days or yesterday......

My class is fun and I am going to learn lots...LOL     THe teacher is about 80 years old nad enjoys telling his life story. LOL   He is going to teach us by song. OMG we sound like a bunch of drunks when we are trying ,...yes trying to sing,  But in all truth, I have learned a bit more then I would have thought I would have.  The songs do stick with you.  Some day I night be able to order food and get what I thought I was ordering.

My plans for tomorrow is to get up early and go to the gym and ride the bike for a few hundred miles............OK OK few hundred inches is more like it.  Ohh I almost forgot, I get the briziln blow out on my hair. I LOVE IT!!!!!!! Talk about wash and go. Its great. I think everyone should try it once if not more. I also had her darken my hair up so. WOW!! its talk about bringing out my eyes color. It makes my blue eyes pop.


OK time to get myself moving and do someting with myself. Like feeding the fur babies, watering the plants and taking a nap.

Lu, so sorry to hear about DD and I will keep her (and you) in my thoughts and prayers.  So glad to hear you like your hair, I know you talked about getting that done, how fun.

We've missed seeing your posts and I want you to know how much I enjoy checking in each day with everyone.  So thank you!!!

Not much new in my neck of the woods.  Today is my last of the 4 days I had off, lots of relaxing has been done, and I needed it.  Of course on Sat we had our great Nor Cal Losers luncheon and then yesterday Ron, the moms and I went to the home and garden show in Pleasanton, which was fun.  Today I brought Ron to the Urgent Care as he couldn't stop coughing and he has inhalers now and some cough pills too.  I think he'll be on the road to feeling better.

Tomorrow is back to work time and then the next weekend brings class for Friday nite and all day Sat.... sigh.

Good Evening Lu, Barb, and Cali Friends,

I was starting to wonder where you were Lu. It really doesn't sound like you have been lazy with learning Spanish and taking care of DD. I hope DD is feeling better. If you don't mind me asking how old is she? Has she always been sickly?

I am glad that you had some good days off Barb. Now back to the old grind! LOL!

I have been pretty busy having fun! Friday I went to Golden Gate Fields and saw the horse races. It was fun. I have never been to the races before. I lost more than I won so I won't talk about that part! LOL! This evening we went to Manteca to a Red Hat dinner. The food was really good and so was the company. I am pretty tired now. Tomorrow I get to spend time with my grandbabies. I spent this morning with them while my son went to the gym. Devan loves to play tea party. I told my DIL we need to take her to a tea house for tea. Ryan is becoming very independent. Sometimes I think he doesn't need his grandma as much as he used to. They grow up way too fast!
