only have 15 pounds to go

 So i meet my surgeon today Dr Dutta  today surgeon for kaiser he said i am a great canidate just need to lose 15 more pounds then can have phsy eval and then be given a surgery date ..I can not wait ... to say the least .. so i am hoping for april date ... 

This dr did such a good job of making feel  good about what i am doing .

 Thank you . i kinda had a rough weekend but plan be on my plan againg in the am .. 

We all have those days so don't be too hard on yourself. We are human after all. Stick with getting back on plan and you will be doing fine.
