Greetings all,

Well it has been 2 years since my RnY with Dr. Suh on 02/06/09 and I cannot believe where I am today. I started this journey at 476 pounds and now I am at 290......I have lost an entire person since that date.

I have had a lot of obstacles to overcome with the surgery including having the reversal of the RnY and a revision to the VSG both in December last year. I thank god everday for the support of my wife and all my friends I have here or I probably would have not done as well. I am only 40 pounds away from my personal goal right now and it is tough but I know I can do this........Hell, I have made it this far LOL.

Have to share a WOW moment from the other day.....I was getting my fingerprints done on Monday (Yes Lu I got the job) and the guy looks at my paperwork and says to me "300 pounds? You dont look like you weigh 300 pounds" ( I just put down on what is on my license LOL). That made me feel so AWESOME. I still see myself as that big dude 2 years ago and no one has ever made a comment like that to me......I love it

Have a great day all..........Rick

P.S. So I still get my second birthday right????
