Need psych eval in SF/East Bay/Sacramento

I've blown through the list of 15 names I got from Anthem/BCBS and I still haven't found someone for my psych eval.  Any recommendations?

Actually, Linda was referred to me by Dr. Russel Alpert, my new PCP that several people enthusiastically recommended.  Unfortunately, she can't take my insurance.  If I can't find someone else, I will probably go to her as self-pay.
