Dr. Batra, http://www.coastalplasticsurgeons.com/dr-munish-batra/ , is well experienced with RNY post ops, older people, and the specialized skin issues that arise from obesity. He spoke at our support groups last night. He's been on Oprah, and does volunteer reconstruction work on kids all over the world.  He told us he did over 600 procedures last year, and about 70 % of them were on gastric by pass patients. I've seen the women who have had procedure by him, and they really look good.  He's got the right credentials too, not a quack.  This is the guy I'd recommend to anyone.  He showed slides of several of his patients, and the oldest one he's done surgery on was a woman, who was a nudist at age 79.  DAVE
