know any good primary docs close to San Diego

Hi,
I'm going to be moving to San Diego to be closer to my kids and grandkids and wonder if anyone knows of any good primary care docs in or close to San Diego?  We have BCBS, but I'll investigate any suggestions :)

YES!!!  I live in San DIego (have my whole life) and also have BCBS.  I chose the Sharp-Rees-Stealy Medical Group which has THE best family/primary care docs around.  My whole family sees Dr. Joanna Whiteley.  She is a bit younger and really is up to par on the latest and greatest remedies/medications/techniques, which I can appreciate as opposed to old school docs that have one way of doing things.  My son just loves her too.  Its a win-win.  Good luck!

Hi... I have lived in San Diego most of my life. I go to doctor's with Scripps, but my WLS surgeon, Dr. Julie Ellner is out of Alvarado. I have been with Scripps all of my adult life. Welcome to San Diego! Kim

I am also in San Diego.  My PCP is Dr Lynne Champagne and she is AWESOME!  She works out of Sharp hospital.
