HELP.. has anyone have these issues

I have been in and out of the hospital for nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Well they have done everything thing possible. Even found my intestines in a hole inside me.The next step is removing my actual stomach. Anyone out there having similar problems or have had there actual stomach removed? I'm more scared of having my stomach removed then the gastric bypass.

If anyone has any information  please please let me know. I'm so super scared and tried of being in the hospital every other week.

I have a good friend that is 37 years old and has had her stomach removed due to cancer. When she was 29 she had it partially removed and 2 years ago she had to have the complete stomach removed due to the cancer. Her mom had the same issue 20+ years ago as well. She has lost a ton of weight and is healthy and doing great now. She is cancer free as of today and said she has to follow a diet high in protein and low in fat. She follows a diabetic diet for the most part. She was scared to not have a stomach, but she is doing well now...Hope that can give you a little piece of mind.
