Good Sunday Evening

Good Evening All....

Well tomorrow is Monday, and I sure hope you all ready for it, cause, its coming weather you like it or not. I am off tomorrow, so my Monday is really on Tuesday. LOL But then my Friday is on Wednesday.

Today I BBQ more chicken and some hot dogs for lunch. My nephew eat 5 of them. (hot dogs) and still had room for chips. LOl He is still young so he can eat like that if he wants to. For now, that is. Other then that I spent the rest of the day doing NOTHING!!!

Step..............Yep, Down Town should be our spot. You know I just love it down there. We can hit the strip if we want to. But I can watch people any where, and why not on Freemount Street? Think of all of them biker  Hey I am single. So you did you get the TV? Or get the new car ? lol

Barb.............I am glad to hear that MIL is doing good. How is she doing now that she is home? Glad to hear you are feeling better also. You should keep chicken protein around so you keep up on the protein...I love that stuff. Did you get the freezer cleaned? How bad was it?

Elizabeth............do not clean the closet, that is what made me sick. Back away for the closet. Hey don't worry about when you check in with us, just check in. That is all that matters. Did you get your nap?

Nancy..........so did the fog burn off and did you Lon get out of the house and hit the shops? I have been looking for a good leather purse. I want something with color to also. Not so plain looking, so if you hit the shop agian, snap a few pic and text them to me. It might be late, but don't stress over the questions, just relax and take a deep breath, you can answer them with out blinking. Good Luck!!


OK all, time for me to get ready for dinner and to start hopping there is something good on tv.

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

Well it is 5:26 and all is fine in Merced, a bit foggy but fine.

I made it through my clothes and 2 dresser drawers yesterday. I needed to weed out the clothes that don't fit any more. I have a couple of things that I am going to get taken in. I did not get a nap, it was my own fault though, I started playing solitaire on-line, boy that is addicting!

We went to Chris and Lisa's about 4:30 and had pizza. Well I did not have pizza but the others did. Mike and Chee were here and wanted to spend some time with the kids. We had a good time. I get to spend the day with them today.

So glad to hear you had a great day Lu and the BBQ sounds yummy.

I felt so much better yesterday, and did get so much done.  My mother-in-law is back to herself again as well and the two of us tackled the freezers.  Really it wasn't too bad and it's so nice to open them and have room and to see what I have.  In fact, I had homemade split pea soup and that's what we had for dinner along with some homemade bread I made in the bread machine yesterday morning.

Today it's off to work and to a training class for a day and a half.  So I don't have to be there until 9am which allowed me a little extra sleep time.  Nice.

I think Isla will go home today, at least she's talking about doing that, we'll see.

Yup Vegas and Downtown Baby.  Now we just have all these months to wait.  This board is going to get pretty sick of us talking about it for the next 6 months.

And yes, I may not be single, but I can look at the biker boys too.  Nothing wrong with looking and I may be "older" but I'm not dead yet.

So, yea, I got the TV yesterday.  It is awesome.  Didn't get the one I told you about.  Went to Walmart with my son and of course he talked me into something better then was going to get.  But it is fabulous.

Tonight I'm going over to the Toyota dealer.  I called last night about a couple of vehicles I saw in the Green Sheet and I'm going to check them out.  They have a couple of Prius' that I'm really interested in and even a couple of Camry's. Toyota was my first choice all along. I just didn't think I could afford them, but they have some good prices so I'm going to check them out.  We may just be able to take my car to Vegas this year.  Especially if I get a Prius, it will cost us less in gas.
