Good Monday Night

Hello OH'ers......

Tis Monday night and in few hours, I am going to go to bed. I am hoping to get up and hit the gym in the morning. I like going.  If keep riding the bike and doing the spin classes, I will be able to ride to work as soon as the time changes and don't get dark so early.

So this is not going to make since to most of you, but some will understand and jump for joy with me. Today, DD and I went looking at some of the houses here in the complex and we spoke with a broker. Trust me, this is GREAT NEWS!!! I am so happy about this I want to cry.

Elizabeth...........Hey that great news that you got so much done with your room. I wish I could get my room done. I like playing card games also. And I like playing checkers aslo. So I can feel ya about not being able to stop playing. It sound like you had a good time with family.

Barb..........wow! I love split pea soup. And home made is even better. AND home made bread. WTFlip, WOW did you call and have me come over for dinner. All my Favorites! But I am really glad to her your MIL is doing so much better. I hate training days. They put me to sleep 98% of the time. I hope you enjoy your day.

Steph..............6 Mos!!! Why oh Why?? Does it have to be 6 mos?   Hey so how did it go about the new car hunt? Any good news? Are you driving a new ride? That would be way cool for you. Did you read my above??? you know how happy I am.... so it might take a few more weeks to get the deed done. But its a start.

OK kid, time for me to get my coffee ready to go for tomorrow and then settle down to watch a movie...NOT that there is any thing on...UGH

YEA...YEA...YEA I am so happy for you and so happy for me.  Yes, I have new wheels.  Will tell you about it later.  It was a very long night.  Got there at 6:30 and didn't get home until almost 10PM.  I'm so tired and yet I can't sleep.  But I have to get to sleep so I can get up and go to work tomorrow.  So with that said I shall say goodnight.  Hope everyone had a great day.

Good Morning Lu and Cali friends,

Lu, had I known you love split pea soup, you could have driven up here and had some.  I make it with turkey ham because Ron doesn't eat pork or beef and there is just vegges in it and I make it in the crock pot and then blend it all.  It is really yummy.

Training was not really productive yesterday but necessary. Today I am going to stay in the office though, too much to do.

Steph, congrats on your new car.  What kind did you get?

Well back to coffee and then to the shower and to work.

Thanks for the congrats, Barb.  I got a Toyota Prius.  I LOVE it.  Gave my son my old Explorer so it was time for me to get something new.  I'm definitely going to enjoy it, that is for sure.

Hope you had a great Tuesday.  I'm about to head off to bed pretty soon.  It was a long day.  Tax season is here!!  Ugh...long long days ahead for me.

Morning Lu and Cali,

You keep riding like that and you will be able to bike to Nor Cal!!  It is great exercise, but hurts my but now (or lack there of)!!

Well I am home this week with Ms v for a change Daddy is is on the road in Connecticut.  He is freezing!!  Should be home Thursday, and Ms V will be excited, she is used to Mommy being gone NOT Daddy she told me!!

We have an orientation for kindergarten tonight, trying to get Ms V into a different school next year and have to jump through the hoops.  It will be worth it in the end.

I still have more to do in my room, I am not finished yet. I have to go through my shoes and my closet shelve and my hats. I do have quite a few hats. I spent yesterday and today with my grandbabies. They are both a bit under the weather. Poor Devan, she was running into Ryan's room and fell and hit the side of her face on the foot board. Oh did she cry! She had a big red bump on her cheek. I will not be surprised if she does not get a black eye. I have them again on Thursday, I hope they are feeling better. We did puzzles and played a couple of games and watched Toy Story AGAIN! They love the Toy Story movies. I bought all three of them so I should not complain.

Well Lu, since you looked at other houses in your complex does this mean you are getting a bigger place or DD is moving out?

Congratulations Steph on your new car. I want to hear all about it too.

Dolores, enjoy your week at home and good luck getting Ms. V in the school you want her to go to.

Sorry Barb, I am not into split pea soup but I am glad you enjoyed it. My husband loves that kind of soup. I learned how to make chicken soup and it is really good. It is more like a stew though. I am not a great cook so I get excited when I can cook something that is good.
