You are just way too organized. Wish I had the time and energy to get this involved with the So Cal coffee group and we all sit down and create the entire year's calendar in advance.
I have been unable to attend the So Cal Coffee for several months now and sure miss seeing everyone. Hopefully this month I will be able to attend. If we ever get to San Francisco this year (I have never been and want to go) I will try and schedule it during a time when you are having one of your luncheons so I can meet all of you.
Have a great week, and keep up the fabulous job you do for the Nor Cal Luncheons.

Annette,
All in all, it doesn't take a lot of time or energy. I printed out a calendar, took it to Staples, made 40 copies and we were good to go. The group did all the work, and suprisingly enough, 40 people made group decisions about each month in about 10 minutes. They are the ones who are AWESOME. By planning the calendar and the outtings up front, we find out when the majority of the group can rally, people throw out ideas for outtings and volunteer to host and we're done. We have such wonderful folks attend, they come, offer friendship, support and caring. We have pre and post WLS and no opa, we have moms, husbands, and kids support members. It's the best group of folks you'd ever want to meet. No egos, no drama, no competition, just lots and lots of love, hugs and friendship! We love new folks too!!!
Come on up and experience our group, we'll treat you like family guaranteed!
Hugs,
Barb
