back on track - out of hospital

Hi everyone.  I now have internet access,  at least some of the time now.  Some of you may remember Terry Row posting about my being in hospital for over a month. I am doing very well now and home and walking again. (I wont go into the long story) .

Hooray I was home just in time for a small low key Christmas with my D Husband and my Grandparents.
Hopefully, I will be able to get active on this board again, and make it to some support groups, but I still have to be careful not to push myself to fast.
Another hip hip hooray I am down to 191 from a starting weight of 245 back in July.
