Hi there. I can answer 1/2 your question. I am near San Luis Obispo but have not used or even heard of Dr. Bounoua (not to say that is a bad thing)
I am just starting the RNY process through Dr. Thomans. I have not met him yet just his nut but they seem nice enough and have 0 deaths so far, and hope it stays that way. Good luck to you!
