Welcome to this wonderful Sunday Morning. I woke up refreshed and ready to start my day, but now I am ready to head back to bed. LOL I was in bed early last night but woke up around midnight and then it took me a good 2 hours to fall back to sleep. But dang, them frist two hours of sleep where good, to bad I woke up. UGH!

So just work for me yesterday. But I can't wait to hear about the pot luck.

Barb,,,,,,,,,,,how was the party? I am sure you all had a great time, and I have been waiting to hear how wonderful it was. What was some of gifts? Come girl, I am been waiting all night to hear.

OK time to get moving, and jump in the shower.

Hey Lu and the rest of Cali...

Good Sunday Morning.  Way too early for me to up though.  I should still be snug as a bug in a rug in my bed.  But my back was hurting really badly and I had to go to the bathroom anyway so here I am.  I figured I'll get up, take care of business, take my yucky morning medicine, jump on here for a few and then hopefully within the next 15 minutes or so I'll be ready to go back to sleep.

Not much happening here.  Just a nice quiet weekend.  Didn't do much of anything yesterday.  Did get some work done and then met a friend for dinner.  At least I got out of the house for a little while.  Today is laundry and more work to do.

So I hope all the Nor Cal folks had a great time at their potluck and everyone else is having a fun weekend.  I think it's supposed to rain here today.  I don't remember. I know at some point the "weather liars" on TV were predicting rain but I don't know where that prediction wound up.  Guess I'll have to wait and see.  The sun is rising so I should know pretty soon I would think.  Everyone enjoy your Sunday.

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

Hope you enjoy today Lu and that you sleep better tonight. 

The potluck yesterday was SOOOO much fun.  We had about 28 people and more than enough food and goodies for all.  The white elephant was great, folks brought some fun things and there was a lot of alliances built.  Too much fun.  The hits of the evening were the Santa, the snowman, the griddle, the wine decanter, all in all some way cool stuff.

I know Eileen and I think Dolores were taking pics, so perhaps they will post them later.

A great time was had by all and we can't wait to do it again next year.

Good Morning Lu, Barb, Steph, and Cali Friends,

Lu, I hate it when I can't sleep. When it happens I will go through about 7 nights that I wake up for a couple of hours or more until I can sleep through the night again. I hope you can get a nice nap today.

Steph, I hope your back feels better and you can nap too.

Barb, I am  glad everyone had such a good time at the party. I thought of all of you.

Yesterday Ryan and I went to the Christmas Concert at the Gallo Center in Modesto. We had so much fun. He really enoyed it. He asked so many questions about what was going on. My son and DH decided  to do some shopping so we rode up with them. I had a nice time with my family. When we got home Chris and Lisa took me and my husband out to dinner. I had a very nice day yesterday.

Last week I talked to the dective that was supposed to be doing the investagation on my sisters stealing the money from my Mother. He told me they would not be pressing charges at this time. I really don't think he investagated it at all because he never even tried to call my Mother. I was really disappointed. That means my Mother is responsible for all the credit card charges that my sister made. The credit card companies decided that no fraud was involved. My son who is a cop said that is what they would decide because they did not want to take the charges away. He also told me the cops would do nothing because it was a family member. Our lawyer told us the same thing, so I was not surprised.
