Anyone have surgery (military in Bay area)

I have a friend named Carol.. who I have heard through the grapevine has been approved to start the journey through the military here in the bay area.
Anyone have any experience here that I can let her know about? I am sure there are... let me know... you can pm me or post here and I can get in touch.

Im Tricare and going that route. I can answer some questions for her but Im not in the Bay area. Im at Vandenberg.
