Good Morning Calif.....

So I am still being locked in my bedroom. I am being to wonder about this. I don't mind him being here, but dang, I like to play on my lap top and watch the news and drink my coffee. Now I am hidding in my bedroom and can't kick back to wake up slow. UGH!!!

MommyAC........I am glad you all made it home safe and sound. I do some of my best sleeping in a moving car, kind of hard when you are the driving. Long trips are the best sleep I get. LOL Where are you going to be going in a for the celebration of life?

Barb........I work for 3 days then have 2 off then back for 3 days. why I over work myself like this, I just don't know. But on friday, we are going to KNOTTS BERRY FARM. Its free for county employees :-D...thats me. So I think there is 6 of us going. 3 emp and 3 none emp. so we all get in free. What a deal! I have not even started my shopping. UGH! I sure can't wait to hear all about your pot luck on Saturday. Are you going to post picutres?

Stephine.....If I had felt like being around people, I would have called in a seconds, but I just didn't want to do any thing or even have to smile. My body was just DONE! Then it was so cold, that DD come home around 3 and then her boys showed up and my nice quiet house, became a locked bedroom.  But the extra medication seems to be working great for me right now. YEAH!! Lets see how long it last.  I am glad that you all had a grand time with everyone and that the turkey turned out good. Of course With D cooking, how else would it turn out, other then killer good.

Ok time to get my body moving and start my day. I wish you all a great day. Be kind to all... Smile like you have secert you are dying to share, but know that you can't.

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

Lu, it's your house take it back!!!  Be strong and stand up, you work for you and DD to live there!!!  I'm sending you big supportive {{{HUGS}}}.  I finally learned (late in life I'm afraid to admit), but people will only treat me as I allow them to, all of the control is in my hands and I have to say that's freeing for me.

We are getting so excited for the potluck and of course we'll be posting pics.  I have been swamped lately which is why the Halloween pics still aren't up, but one of these days I will get them done.

I want to go to Knott's Berry Farm, I love it there and Disneyland. I am in need of a HUGE Disney fix!!!

Morning Lu and Cali,

so glad your medication is working and you are feeling better.  Barb is right "it is your place"  why should you have to ***** foot around! Oh well I am a Meanie anyway!!

The celebration of my uncles life will be in Pomona.  I am going by myself I think.  Ms V and DH will stay home for this one.  I need to check in on a good friend while I am down and it is hard to do if I have to keep everyone else organized.

Well have to get going and get Ms V ready for school.  Keep warm everyone!

Good morning and a big YAWN to you......golly gee it was hard getting up this morning.  It was so cold and don't even talk about when I got out of the shower.  I thought my goose bumps had goose bumps.  And then I got to get into my nice COLD car.  Yes, I still have not gotten the heater fixed.  The fuel pump and brakes kind of put that on the back burner. Too bad that burner is not in my car in the morning. Ugh!! And now the check engine light has decided to rear it's ugly illumination at me.  You know, I'm beginning to think I can't win.  Driving 60 miles a day to and from work is starting to make my car rebel I'm afraid.  Oh well.  One thing at a time.

Today I am dealing with a very bad sore throat.  I'm not sure if it's allergies or the real thing.  I'll have to give it a day or so and see what happens.  Fortunately my new medical insurance kicks in tomorrow.

Well my little Snowball survived his littly snip and clip yesterday.  When I got home you never would have known the little guy had surgery that day.  He was all wound up.  Then I sat down and he jumped in my lap and seemed to pass out.  He fell so sound asleep that I sat there for an entire hour because I didn't want to disturb him.  Yes, I know.  I'm crazy.  But we all know that.

Then yesterday Mike calls me to tell me he got home and went into the bathroom and all of a sudden he hears one of the cats screeching at the top of her lungs.  He couldn't imagine what was going on.  Well somehow the little hethens had managed to move the cover over on the hot tub in the den and OJ fell in.  Fortunately, we had turned the heater off a couple of weeks ago to lower our electric bill so it was just room temperature water and the water level was low.  Mike said he plucked her out of there and she took off like a bat out of hell.  She won't go near the den now.  LOL

OK, 8AM has arrived and it is time to get busy.  Hope everyone has a great day.   And stay warm.  It's darn cold out there.

I hope your house guests leave soon. You know what they say about house guests and fish after about 3 days they both start to stink. (Maybe even sooner! LOL)
