How do you "remember" to take your vitamins??
For the past four days I have forgotten to take them!! I am HORRIBLE at taking them. No reason, I just forget. What are some ways that you remember to take yours? I'm thinking of putting them in baggies and clipping it to the refrigerator as I pass it on the way out the door each morning!

Set a timer or an alarm clock several times a day. Not taking your supplements will lead to more health issues within a few months. There are phone apps, pager services, medical timers, watches with alarms, alarm apps on cell phones, etc. I often set my stove timer to remember to do tasks during the day. I have a segmented pill container to segregate morning, mid day, and bedtime scripts and supplements. There are medical timers you can purchase too, usually from diabetic supply companies. This is part of your new life, and should be a part of your every day routine. Dave

Yeah, I'm getting my new phone on Monday - it's an android =) I'm sure I can find an app or alarm to set to go off each morning.
Another question I had was .WHEN do you take your vitamins? My doc said everyone is different just not to take iron with the others because of absorption issues. I notice though that when I take things together (even if i take iron separately)..I feel as if I've drank soda on an empty tummy..feels like maybe two are reacting with each other and foaming..i dont know how to explain it..just feels odd

After 5 years, taking my pills is juat about the only thing I remember without a problem. I keep them next to my coffee pot and I keep a few in my car and at work. So If I forget at home, I am still covered.
I know someone that packs them for the week and puts them next to her car keys. It works great for her, but there are days I never use my car, so that wont work for me. Find something that works for you. You brush your teeth every day, keep them in the bath room with a bottle of water...... Something like that...
Best of luck

I don't have any problem remembering the morning pills, but remembering my calcium later in the day is sometimes iffy. So at work, I put the 4 calciums on my desk where they can't be easily ignored. (And I take two sometime in the morning, and two sometime in the afternoon.) At home on the weekends, I put them out loose on the kitchen counter.

I take supplements 4 times a day because my iron 1500mg in 500mg increments can't be mixed with iron for absorption reasons.
I have an alarm on my phone (old phones have alarms/timers/etc as well) It goes off every 3 hours starting at the time I leave for work 6am.
