FINALLY CLEARED!!!
Ok so now that I have your attention:
I am finally cleared to return to working out. After many surgeries a horrible car accendent, and just life. My Dr's all said I can finally return to working out.
I figure this is a good time for an update.
My hubby's bosses saw my for the first time in about a year and a half. To say the least they were completely shocked and nearly speechless.
Then two days later, at work I got more complements. To throw it even odder, I had gained 5 pounds from horrible eating habits that have plagued me for about a month now.
But thats all gone.... 55 more pounds to go for me.
