Good Morning Calif.....

Today is Saturday.The frist day of the weekend. Today alot of places are having there "black friday" sales, and I have to work. Darn it! But I worked a big deal the other day and now I am OFF for the real BLACK FRIDAY! I am not even sure I will go shopping, but I worked a great deal for myself. LOL

I am not happy about working today, cause I wanted to sleep in this morning. The deal I worked, made me work my two days off. So I am sleepy this morning. Not that there is any thing new about that. I am finding I hate mornings this past few weeks. UGH!

So what do you have planned for today? the weekend? What are you doing for the holidays? Having you started your shopping and if so, what did you get me? When I was 11 I wanted a pony, and got a horse instead. I am still hopping for that pony. So if you feel the great need to get me something speical......:-D

Morning Cali an Lu,

Well got some shocking news last night, my uncle/godfather passed away!  He has been very ill the last 4 years, but it was something fast that took him a seizure from nowhere.  At least he is at peace and no longer in pain from his cancer.  We are going down south for Thanksgiving and I am so happy we will be seeing my parents, because you never know when they will not be there. 

We have a house warming tonight so off to the north bay.  Gonna stay over in Napa (I just got back from there)!!  Oh well at least DH will be with me this time.  Keep safe it is going to rain and it seems people forget how to drive in the rain!!

D, so sorry to hear of your loss.  Thoughts and prayers being said for you and your family.  Drive safe my friend.

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

I hope work goes by fast today for you.  If it is any consolation, I have to work today as well, only I'll be sitting in a class all day.

So today is my 2nd month of ACSA Personnel Academy.  I really enjoy it and am learning SO much.  The fun part of today is that my former boss will be teaching the morning session and I know the teacher for the afternoon session.  Very strong HR Managers in their own rights. 

Tomorrow I hope to get some of my yard art done for Christmas.  Thanksgiving we're actually going to walk across the street and share it with our neighbors and their family.  We are very close and do that a lot.

Today is the BIG GAME.... GO CAL BEARS!!!!  It's gonna be raining, so I am sort of glad we didn't by tickets.

I hope you enoy your weekend and remember to do something nice for you.

 Good Morning,

Well I am on my 2nd cup of coffee and have decided not to attend the LB Coffee today.  Hoping for my check to arrive today.

So not feeling like much as sitting at my desk for 6 hrs yesterday exhausted me.  My incision is pulling/pinching.  Looking forward to seeing the surgeon on Wednesday.

Due to the rain, hubby is not able to put our outside Christmas lights up.  Looks like it will have to be Thanksgiving day as usual.  So, we are going to put up the Christmas Village.  I have never had one and last year my hubby & kids bought me several pieces to start one.  Since then I have found trees, people, lights, etc to add to it.  I suppose this will now become an obsession with me.  LOL

Grocery shopping and some movies I have had from netflix for over a month is the rest of the plans for today and tomorrow.

Have a great weekend and be safe on the road.  We live by the Hospital, Police & Fire Depts. so just 1 drop of rain and the sirens get going.  I believe if you can't drive in normal dry weather, why do you try to drive in the rain or snow?  Seriously, people should stay home if they don't know how to drive.
