How is everyone doing?  I'm not seeing any familar faces but I'm sure they are here :)

I'm checking back in, I need to get back on track!!!!!

I've had my ups and downs in my life and am ready to do something positive, just hope I can.  Going through some with my recent diagnosis of Fibromyalgia and am currently trying to get out the grip of the pain pills, which is VERY hard... but I am going to do it and go another direction for help with pain, via Rheumatologist. 

I don't know if I should try the 5 day pouch or something else?  I'm up 12 pounds from my lowest, and surgery was 2 + years ago. 

I could moan and groan some more but don't want to whine today, lol

Everyone well?  Miss the board!
