I really dont like to post negative but ever since my last nutrition class I have not been able to effectively continue my structured exercise/food plan. The last day was Sept. 30. I do see my surgeon in 10 days and would like to lose another 5 pounds ha! if possible. Where I live at there is  nothing but junkfood of course I am the only one with a weight problem grrrr... So there are various goodies like ice cream, cookies donuts chips biscuits made weekly..(Sigh). When the weather was warm I didnt have a problem with protein shake now its cold the last thing I want is a cold shake to fill me up any suggestions?

You can order protein hot chocolater at Bariatricchoice.com. They have several makers and flavors. They are really yummy. I have one everyday, somtimes 2. They have 15 grams of protien and 80 calories. Hang in there 10 days will be here soon. Good Luck!

I like the hot chocs  and cappachino drinks too I get the bariwise, healthwise, healthsmart (all the same co.)  There are some others  lower priced ones (proti...and wonderslim?) I still have them !(not too good)   You can find them at protein shop.com, or nashua nutrition....just note they are like 10.00 for 7 servings!  I also like their soups tomato, mushroom etc. just remember to only heat them to 130 degrees( a bit hotter than ho****er from the sink!)  I also lived off miso soup pre-op (low cal high prot)I had it for breakfast too! (common in Japan) Good luck!

If you want a cold shake, try some sugar free hershey's and non-fat milk, add ice.  voila shake! My protein powder of choice is Unjury and that makes a great shake too.

Good luck.
