Almost 5 Years Out!

I'm almost 5 years out and let me tell ya, WLS is no joke. You'll hear this over and over....

"IT GET HARDER AND HARDER".....If you don't change your eating habits and incorporate exercise after WLS, you're gonna have issues....

Thank you for writing you ride of the WLS coaster I can't wait to be on the down sides of this ride.

I've been trying to get this WLS the last 6 years and the first of this year my PCP sent in my referral for WLS and now I'm there and I'm like you and i want in NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!! but it will be done here soon

Best wishes....Too bad you have to go through all the hurddles. WLS is a great tool. I lost over 250lbs. I do not regret but boy, one really has to change their eating and exercise. If you don't start from the beginning, it's going to be a battle.

It DEFINITELY gets harder and harder!  Diet and exercise is absolutely neccessary!

I know what you mean I'm there right now these last 20 LBS is a killer to reach my goal but i know i will never ty to gain my 183LBS i've lost already ,,
