Vitalady has Vitamin D in the dry formula which is what we can absorb 50,000 IU for $22.55 for 100 capsules!! This is what I get... If you want the perscription D I'll be happy to mail it to you but we can't absorb it at all so you'd be wasting your money unless you get the dry D... It's called Cholecalciferol so you could see if you could find a decent dose of it locally at a pharmacy or store!! :D

thank you for the reply . i cant find straight vit d anywhere i cant afford the prescription price and dont know how much vita lady is ,i cant even afford to pay my brother for rent ,its that bad . but i need to somehow get  vit d in me, i have been deficient for almost a year now .
so any other suggestions to where it wont cost me much would be appreciated. i get all my vitamins from bariatric advantage for free through a program they have but i would have to pay for the vit d and i cant afford it right now ,i am hoping i get approved for SSI and then  i will be able to pay for all my stuff but right now my life isnt that great money wise and health wise. i walk with a walker now for i always fall. i thought by having this wls my life would be better but at the beginning it was but now not so good. thank you again for the reply, hope your doing well.

It will cost you around $30 with shipping but would last 100 days, longer if your d levels go up at a decent rate, because you would only need them every other day or once a week...

It is so hard with all these vitamins because they can really get expensive but if you are already deficient using the wrong stuff will only make things worse, and you feel so crappy when you are deficient! I struggle a lot with my vitamins because I am deficient in A & D & iron. It really affects how you feel all over and keeps you from being successful in so many ways!
